Teeth whitening has become a popular cosmetic procedure in dental clinics worldwide. This research aims to assess the efficacy of different types of teeth whitening treatments in dental clinics. The study consists of a comprehensive review of the literature, a detailed analysis of research methodology, and an in-depth discussion of findings. The introduction provides an overview of teeth whitening procedures and their growing demand among the general population. The background of the study explores the historical development of teeth whitening treatments and the evolution of different techniques over time. The problem statement highlights the need for empirical research to evaluate the effectiveness of various teeth whitening methods available in dental clinics. The objectives of the study include comparing the efficacy of professional in-office teeth whitening treatments with at-home teeth whitening kits, assessing the impact of different whitening agents on treatment outcomes, and evaluating the safety and long-term effects of teeth whitening procedures. The limitations of the study are acknowledged, including the potential biases in self-reporting of treatment outcomes by participants and the challenges in standardizing treatment protocols across different dental clinics.
