Telemedicine, the remote delivery of healthcare services using information and communication technologies, has gained significant attention in recent years as a potential solution to improve access to healthcare services, particularly in underserved areas. This research project aims to assess the efficacy of telemedicine in providing oral health care services. The study will investigate the impact of telemedicine on various aspects of oral health care delivery, including accessibility, quality of care, patient satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness. The research will begin with a comprehensive literature review to explore the existing knowledge and evidence on telemedicine in dentistry. This review will highlight the potential benefits and challenges associated with the use of telemedicine in oral health care services. Subsequently, the research methodology will be outlined, detailing the study design, data collection methods, and analysis techniques to be employed in the research. Data will be collected through surveys, interviews, and analysis of existing telemedicine platforms used in oral health care services. The study will involve both healthcare providers and patients to gather insights on their experiences with telemedicine in the context of oral health care. The findings will be analyzed to evaluate the impact of telemedicine on various aspects of oral health care delivery and compare them with traditional in-person care.
