This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the effects of BWCs on police behavior, citizen interactions, and perceptions of law enforcement. The research begins with an examination of the historical background and development of BWCs in law enforcement, highlighting the driving factors behind their adoption and the evolution of policies governing their use. The study identifies the problem statement regarding the potential benefits and challenges associated with BWC implementation, including concerns about privacy, data storage, and officer discretion.
