This research project aims to evaluate the work relations of ex-convicts in society. The successful reintegration of ex-convicts into the workforce is essential for their rehabilitation and reducing recidivism rates. However, ex-convicts often face numerous challenges in securing and maintaining employment due to stigma, lack of skills, and legal barriers. The study will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews to gather comprehensive data on the experiences of ex-convicts in the workplace. The quantitative surveys will assess factors such as employment rates, job satisfaction, and perceived barriers to finding work. The qualitative interviews will delve deeper into the personal stories and challenges faced by ex-convicts in the workplace. The research will focus on several key areas, including the types of jobs ex-convicts are able to secure, the support systems available to them in the workplace, and the attitudes of employers and coworkers towards ex-convicts. By examining these factors, the study aims to identify best practices for supporting ex-convicts in the workforce and facilitating their successful reintegration into society.
