Thesis Abstract

<p> Pancreatic cancer is one of the most aggressive and deadly forms of cancer, with limited treatment options and a low survival rate. Understanding the biochemistry of drug metabolism in pancreatic cancer is crucial for developing effective therapeutic strategies. This project aims to investigate the specific biochemical pathways involved in drug metabolism in pancreatic cancer cells. Through a combination of in vitro experiments and computational analysis, we will identify key enzymes and metabolic pathways that contribute to drug resistance in pancreatic cancer. The findings from this study will provide valuable insights into the biochemistry of drug metabolism in pancreatic cancer and may lead to the development of novel therapeutic approaches. <br></p>
