Gastrointestinal disorders are common in dogs, leading to various health challenges. Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) has emerged as a promising treatment modality for addressing these disorders by restoring the balance of gut microbiota. This research project aims to assess the efficacy and safety of FMT as a treatment for gastrointestinal disorders in dogs. The study will investigate the impact of FMT on the composition of gut microbiota, clinical symptoms, and overall health outcomes in dogs with gastrointestinal disorders. A comprehensive literature review will be conducted to explore the existing knowledge and research findings related to FMT in veterinary medicine. The research methodology will involve the collection and analysis of fecal samples, clinical data, and follow-up assessments from a group of dogs undergoing FMT treatment.
