Telemedicine has gained widespread popularity in various fields of healthcare, and its potential impact on veterinary practice efficiency and client satisfaction is a topic of growing interest. This research project aims to investigate the effects of telemedicine on veterinary practices, focusing on how it influences efficiency in delivering veterinary services and client satisfaction levels. The study will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data analysis and qualitative interviews with veterinary practitioners and pet owners. The research will begin with a comprehensive review of the existing literature on telemedicine in veterinary medicine, examining its benefits, challenges, and ethical considerations. Building on this foundation, the study will delve into the practical implications of telemedicine adoption in veterinary practices, considering factors such as cost-effectiveness, time savings, and the quality of care provided to animal patients. Through surveys and interviews with veterinary professionals, the research will assess the extent to which telemedicine tools, such as video consultations and remote monitoring devices, are integrated into daily practice routines. Additionally, pet owners will be surveyed to gauge their satisfaction with telemedicine services, exploring aspects like convenience, communication effectiveness, and overall experience.
