Abstract
Stem cell therapy has emerged as a promising treatment modality in veterinary medicine, particularly in the field of musculoskeletal disorders in horses. This research project aims to investigate the effectiveness of stem cell therapy in treating musculoskeletal disorders in horses, focusing on its regenerative potential and clinical outcomes. The study will explore the underlying mechanisms of stem cell therapy, its application techniques, and the factors influencing treatment success. A comprehensive literature review will be conducted to examine existing research on stem cell therapy in equine medicine, providing a foundation for the current study. The research methodology will involve a combination of in vitro and in vivo experiments, utilizing equine stem cells and animal models to evaluate the therapeutic effects of stem cell treatment on musculoskeletal injuries. Various outcome measures, including clinical assessments, imaging studies, and histological analyses, will be employed to assess the efficacy of stem cell therapy in promoting tissue repair and functional recovery in horses with musculoskeletal disorders. The findings of this study are expected to contribute valuable insights into the potential benefits and limitations of stem cell therapy as a treatment option for musculoskeletal conditions in equine patients.
