This research project aims to analyze the implementation of TOD in urban areas, focusing on its impact on urban development, transportation efficiency, and community well-being. The study investigates the key elements of successful TOD projects, challenges faced during implementation, and the overall effectiveness of TOD in achieving its intended goals. Through a comprehensive literature review, case studies, and qualitative research methods, this research seeks to provide valuable insights for urban planners, policymakers, and stakeholders involved in TOD initiatives. The findings of this study can contribute to the advancement of sustainable urban development practices and inform future TOD projects in urban areas worldwide.

TOD offers a promising solution by promoting transit usage, reducing car dependency, and fostering vibrant, walkable neighborhoods.
