This research project focuses on the assessment and implementation of smart growth strategies in urban redevelopment areas, with a specific emphasis on their effectiveness in achieving sustainable urban development goals. The study begins with an introduction that provides an overview of the research context and establishes the significance of investigating smart growth strategies in urban redevelopment areas. The background of the study highlights the evolution of smart growth principles and their relevance in the contemporary urban planning discourse.
