This research project aims to assess the impact of transit-oriented development on urban mobility and sustainability. The study will investigate how TOD initiatives influence travel behavior, land use patterns, environmental sustainability, and social equity in urban areas. The research will begin with a comprehensive literature review to examine existing theories, models, and case studies related to transit-oriented development, urban mobility, and sustainability.
