This research project focuses on assessing the impact of mixed-use development on urban sustainability in a growing city, with a particular emphasis on the benefits and challenges associated with this planning strategy. The study begins with an exploration of the theoretical foundations of urban sustainability and mixed-use development, highlighting their importance in achieving sustainable urban growth.
