Urban green spaces play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life and well-being of urban residents by providing numerous environmental, social, and health benefits. This research project aims to assess the impact of urban green spaces on public health in urban areas, focusing on how the presence of green spaces influences physical and mental health outcomes among urban populations. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of health data with qualitative assessments of perceptions and experiences related to urban green spaces. The research begins with a comprehensive review of existing literature on the relationship between urban green spaces and public health, highlighting the various mechanisms through which green spaces can positively impact physical and mental well-being.
