The research will be conducted using a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis techniques. Through interviews, surveys, and spatial analysis, the study will explore the experiences and perceptions of residents, businesses, and other stakeholders affected by gentrification in the selected urban neighborhood.
