Soil management practices play a crucial role in determining soil health and crop productivity. This research project aims to investigate the effects of various soil management practices on soil health and crop productivity to provide valuable insights for sustainable agricultural practices. The study will focus on analyzing different soil management techniques such as crop rotation, cover cropping, mulching, and organic amendments, and their impacts on soil health indicators such as soil pH, organic matter content, nutrient availability, and microbial activity. Additionally, the research will assess the influence of these soil management practices on crop productivity parameters such as yield, quality, and resilience to environmental stressors. The research will be conducted through a series of field experiments in selected agricultural sites with varying soil types and climatic conditions. Data collection will involve soil sampling and analysis, crop yield measurements, and assessment of soil and crop health indicators. Statistical analyses will be employed to evaluate the relationships between different soil management practices and soil health/crop productivity parameters.
