This research project explores the implementation of virtual personal assistants (VPAs) as a tool to enhance secretarial efficiency. The study aims to investigate the impact of VPAs in improving the productivity and effectiveness of secretarial tasks. Through a comprehensive literature review, the research examines existing studies on VPAs, secretarial roles, and the potential benefits of integrating VPAs into the workplace. The methodology employed in this study includes qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
