This research project explores the implementation of virtual assistants in the context of secretarial functions, aiming to identify the benefits and challenges associated with this technology. The study delves into the background of virtual assistants and their relevance in the evolving landscape of secretarial roles. Through a comprehensive literature review, ten key themes are identified, providing insights into the potential impact of virtual assistants on secretarial tasks. The research methodology employed in this study includes a mixed-methods approach, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. The methodology chapter outlines the research design, sampling techniques, data collection procedures, and data analysis methods utilized in this study. Through surveys, interviews, and observational studies, the research aims to gather empirical data on the effectiveness of virtual assistants in enhancing secretarial efficiency and productivity.
