This research project aims to investigate the impact of implementing virtual assistants in the context of secretarial administration and management to improve overall performance and effectiveness. The study will explore the utilization of virtual assistants as a technological solution to streamline administrative tasks, facilitate communication, and optimize time management within secretarial roles. Chapter one of the research provides an introduction to the topic, background information on virtual assistants, the problem statement, objectives of the study, limitations, scope, significance, structure, and definitions of terms. Chapter two presents a comprehensive literature review covering ten key areas related to virtual assistants, secretarial administration, and management. The review will explore existing studies, theories, and best practices to provide a theoretical framework for the research. Chapter three outlines the research methodology, including the research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, and ethical considerations. The chapter will detail how data will be collected, analyzed, and interpreted to address the research objectives effectively. Chapter four presents the findings of the study, discussing seven key items related to the impact of implementing virtual assistants on secretarial administration and management.
