Project Abstract

This project aims to undertake a comprehensive examination of the spiritual practices and belief systems prevalent in various indigenous cultures around the world. Indigenous communities have a rich heritage of traditional knowledge, customs, and rituals that have been passed down for generations. These spiritual traditions often serve as a fundamental aspect of their cultural identity and way of life, shaping their worldviews, values, and relationships with the natural and supernatural realms. The primary objective of this project is to gain a deeper understanding of the diversity and commonalities that exist among the spiritual practices of indigenous cultures. By conducting a comparative analysis, the study will shed light on the underlying principles, symbols, and rituals that are shared across different geographical regions and ethnic groups.
