Building Information Modeling (BIM) has emerged as a transformative technology in the construction industry, offering new possibilities for improving project management processes and outcomes. This research project aims to analyze the impact of BIM on cost management in construction projects through a comprehensive case study approach. The study focuses on investigating how the adoption and utilization of BIM influence cost estimation, cost control, and overall cost performance in construction projects. The research methodology involves conducting in-depth case studies of multiple construction projects where BIM technology has been implemented for cost management purposes. Data will be collected through interviews with project stakeholders, document analysis, and direct observation of the BIM processes and practices in action. The analysis will focus on identifying the key factors that contribute to the successful integration of BIM into cost management processes and the challenges and limitations that may arise.
