This research project aims to analyze the application of blockchain technology in optimizing supply chain management practices. The study will investigate how blockchain can enhance transparency, traceability, and efficiency in supply chain operations, leading to improved collaboration among stakeholders and reduced risks of fraud and errors. The research will begin with a comprehensive literature review to explore the existing knowledge and theories related to blockchain technology and its impact on supply chain management. The review will cover topics such as the basic concepts of blockchain, its key features, benefits, and challenges in supply chain applications. The methodology section will outline the research design, data collection methods, and analysis techniques employed in the study. Primary data will be collected through interviews and surveys with supply chain professionals and blockchain experts to gather insights and perspectives on the topic. Secondary data will also be gathered from academic journals, industry reports, and case studies to support the research findings. The findings from the research will be presented in Chapter Four, where the analysis of the data collected will be discussed in detail.
