This research project focuses on exploring the impact of negotiation in the purchasing process of capital equipment at the Nigerian Bottling Company. The study aims to investigate the strategies and tactics employed by the company in negotiating with equipment suppliers, as well as the outcomes of these negotiations on the company's overall procurement process. The research methodology involves a case study approach, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. Primary data will be collected through interviews with key procurement personnel and equipment suppliers at the Nigerian Bottling Company, while secondary data will be gathered from relevant literature sources on negotiation in purchasing and procurement. The data will be analyzed using qualitative research methods to identify key themes and patterns related to negotiation practices and their impact on the company's purchasing decisions.
