The primary objective of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of e-government services in promoting citizen engagement and participation, identify the challenges faced during the implementation process, and propose recommendations for improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of e-government initiatives. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, outlining the background of the study, defining the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and key terms.
