Through a comprehensive literature review, this research will examine various theoretical frameworks and empirical studies related to e-Government and citizen engagement. The review will analyze the strategies, tools, and platforms employed by governments to enhance citizen participation and improve service delivery. Additionally, it will investigate the factors influencing citizen engagement in the context of e-Government initiatives.
