In the context of local governments, the utilization of E-Government tools holds the potential to revolutionize citizen engagement, streamline administrative processes, and ultimately enhance the quality of services delivered to residents. The research begins with a comprehensive exploration of the background of the study, highlighting the evolution of E-Government initiatives and their impact on public administration. The problem statement underscores the challenges faced by local governments in adapting to digital transformation and the consequent implications for service delivery. The objectives of the study are outlined to guide the research process towards achieving specific goals, while the limitations and scope of the study provide a framework for understanding the boundaries and focus of the investigation.
