In the digital era, the implementation of e-government services has become increasingly prevalent in public administration as a means to enhance citizen engagement and improve service delivery. This research project aims to investigate the impact of e-government services on citizen engagement within the context of public administration. The study will focus on understanding how the utilization of e-government services influences citizen participation, feedback mechanisms, and overall satisfaction with government services. Through a comprehensive literature review and empirical analysis, this research seeks to provide insights into the effectiveness of e-government initiatives in promoting transparency, accountability, and responsiveness in public administration. The project will employ a mixed-methods research approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather data from both government officials and citizens. By examining the perceptions and experiences of various stakeholders, this study aims to identify the key factors that drive successful e-government implementation and citizen engagement outcomes.
