E-government initiatives have become increasingly prevalent in public administration, aiming to enhance citizen engagement and improve service delivery. This research project investigates the impact of e-government initiatives on citizen engagement within the realm of public administration. The study focuses on understanding how the adoption of e-government tools and platforms influences the level of citizen participation, satisfaction, and trust in government processes. Through a comprehensive literature review, the study explores existing theories, frameworks, and empirical evidence related to e-government and citizen engagement. The research methodology is designed to capture both qualitative and quantitative data to provide a holistic assessment of the impact of e-government initiatives on citizen engagement.
