This research investigates the implementation of e-government services for enhancing citizen engagement in public administration, with a focus on the opportunities and challenges associated with this digital transformation. The study aims to explore the potential benefits of e-government services in fostering greater citizen participation and improving the delivery of public services. The research begins with a comprehensive review of the literature on e-government services, citizen engagement, and public administration. This review examines how e-government initiatives have been utilized in various countries to enhance citizen engagement and streamline government processes.
