E-Government services have become an integral part of modern public administration systems, offering governments the opportunity to enhance citizen engagement and satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the impact of e-government services on citizen engagement and satisfaction in public administration. The study is motivated by the growing importance of digital technologies in transforming the way governments interact with citizens and deliver services. Through a comprehensive literature review, this research explores the theoretical foundations and empirical evidence surrounding e-government services, citizen engagement, and satisfaction. The research methodology involves a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather data from both government officials and citizens. The findings from the study highlight the various ways in which e-government services influence citizen engagement and satisfaction, including increased accessibility, transparency, and efficiency in service delivery.
