This research study aims to investigate the impact of e-government services on citizen engagement and satisfaction within local government agencies. E-government services have become a crucial aspect of modern governance, offering citizens convenient access to information and services online. The study will focus on understanding how the implementation of e-government services affects citizen engagement and satisfaction levels in the context of local government agencies. The research will be guided by a mixed-methods approach, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. A comprehensive literature review will be conducted to explore existing studies on e-government services, citizen engagement, and satisfaction within the public administration domain. This review will provide a theoretical foundation for the research and help identify gaps in the current literature. The study will involve surveying citizens who have utilized e-government services provided by local government agencies to gather data on their experiences, perceptions, and levels of engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, interviews with key stakeholders within these agencies will be conducted to gain insights into the challenges and opportunities associated with implementing e-government services.
