The implementation of E-Government services has become a significant focus for enhancing efficiency in public administration. This research aims to explore the utilization of digital technologies to transform traditional government services, with a specific focus on improving operational efficiency and service delivery. The study will investigate the benefits of implementing E-Government services, the challenges encountered during the adoption process, and the impact on public administration practices. The research will begin with an introduction providing an overview of the importance of E-Government services in enhancing efficiency in public administration. The background of the study will highlight the evolution of digital technologies in government operations and the need for modernization to meet the demands of a digital society. The problem statement will identify the gaps and challenges faced by traditional government services, leading to the necessity for E-Government implementation. The objectives of the study include assessing the effectiveness of E-Government services in improving efficiency, identifying the key factors influencing successful implementation, and evaluating the impact on public administration processes.
