The overarching objective of this research is to comprehensively explore and analyze the impact that E-Government initiatives have on enhancing citizen engagement in the public administration sector. By examining the utilization of digital technologies in government operations and services, this study aims to shed light on how E-Government initiatives can foster a more interactive and participatory relationship between citizens and government entities. The research begins with an introduction that provides a comprehensive overview of the topic at hand, followed by a detailed background of the study that contextualizes the significance of E-Government initiatives in the realm of public administration.
