Digital transformation has become a critical aspect in enhancing government service delivery, particularly in developing countries. This research project delves into the impact of digital transformation on government service delivery in the context of developing countries, with a specific focus on a case study. The study aims to explore how the adoption of digital technologies and strategies within government systems influences the efficiency, effectiveness, and accessibility of services provided to citizens. The research begins by providing an overview of the background and context of the study, highlighting the growing importance of digital transformation in public administration. It identifies the problem statement concerning the challenges faced by developing countries in leveraging digital technologies to improve government service delivery. The objectives of the study are outlined to investigate the specific impacts of digital transformation on service delivery, while also addressing the limitations and scope of the research. A comprehensive literature review is conducted in Chapter Two, which explores existing research and theories related to digital transformation in government service delivery. The review encompasses ten key themes, including the benefits of digitalization, barriers to implementation, best practices, and case studies from developing countries. This analysis provides a theoretical foundation for understanding the potential impacts of digital transformation on government services. Chapter Three focuses on the research methodology employed in this study, detailing the research design, data collection methods, sampling strategy, and data analysis techniques. The chapter outlines the steps taken to conduct a case study within a developing country context, highlighting the importance of triangulating data sources and ensuring the validity and reliability of the findings. The research findings are presented and discussed in Chapter Four, which includes a detailed analysis of the impact of digital transformation on government service delivery in the case study context.
