Public-private partnerships (PPPs) have become increasingly prevalent in the healthcare sector as a means to improve service delivery and efficiency. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of such partnerships in delivering healthcare services. The study is motivated by the need to understand the impact of PPPs on healthcare outcomes, cost-effectiveness, and overall quality of service provision. The research methodology involves a mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques. The study will involve a comprehensive literature review to provide a theoretical framework for understanding PPPs in healthcare. Additionally, primary data will be collected through surveys and interviews with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector, including government officials, healthcare providers, and private sector representatives. Chapter one provides an introduction to the research topic, including the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure, and key definitions. Chapter two presents a detailed literature review on PPPs in healthcare, covering topics such as the history of PPPs, benefits and challenges, success factors, and best practices. Chapter three outlines the research methodology, including research design, data collection methods, sample selection, data analysis techniques, and ethical considerations. The chapter also discusses the limitations of the research methodology and potential biases. Chapter four presents the findings of the study, analyzing the data collected and evaluating the effectiveness of PPPs in delivering healthcare services.
