Abstract
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) has gained significant attention in recent years as an efficient and time-effective exercise modality. This study aimed to investigate the effects of HIIT on cardiorespiratory fitness in sedentary individuals. The research design was a randomized controlled trial involving sedentary participants aged between 18 to 50 years. The intervention group engaged in a 12-week HIIT program, while the control group maintained their sedentary lifestyle.
