Project Abstract

Abstract
This research study investigates the effects of exercise on cardiovascular health in individuals diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Type 2 Diabetes is a chronic condition characterized by high levels of blood sugar due to insulin resistance or insufficient insulin production by the pancreas. Cardiovascular complications are a major concern for individuals with Type 2 Diabetes, as they are at a higher risk of developing heart disease, stroke, and other related conditions. Regular physical activity has been shown to have numerous benefits for individuals with Type 2 Diabetes, including improved blood sugar control, weight management, and cardiovascular health. However, the specific effects of exercise on cardiovascular health in this population remain underexplored. The research will consist of a comprehensive literature review to examine existing studies on the relationship between exercise and cardiovascular health in individuals with Type 2 Diabetes. The methodology will involve recruiting a sample of individuals diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes who will participate in a structured exercise program for a specified duration. Various cardiovascular health parameters such as blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and heart rate will be monitored before and after the exercise intervention to assess the impact of exercise on these factors. The findings of this research will contribute to a better understanding of the role of exercise in improving cardiovascular health outcomes in individuals with Type 2 Diabetes. The results will be analyzed and discussed in detail to highlight the potential benefits of exercise as a non-pharmacological intervention for managing cardiovascular risk factors in this population. Recommendations for healthcare providers, policymakers, and individuals with Type 2 Diabetes will be provided based on the study findings. Overall, this research aims to fill a gap in the existing literature by providing evidence-based insights into the effects of exercise on cardiovascular health in individuals with Type 2 Diabetes. By emphasizing the importance of physical activity in managing cardiovascular risk factors, this study seeks to promote a holistic approach to diabetes care that includes regular exercise as a key component of treatment and prevention strategies.
