Abstract
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) has gained significant attention in recent years as an effective exercise strategy for improving cardiovascular health. This research study aimed to investigate the effects of HIIT on cardiovascular health in sedentary individuals. The study involved a sample of sedentary participants who engaged in a structured HIIT program over a period of 12 weeks. Various parameters related to cardiovascular health, including heart rate, blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and aerobic fitness, were measured before and after the intervention. The findings of the study revealed significant improvements in cardiovascular health among sedentary individuals following the HIIT program.
