Project Abstract

Abstract
The aim of this research project was to investigate the effects of different exercise intensities on cardiovascular function in young adults. The study was designed to explore how varying levels of physical activity impact key cardiovascular parameters such as heart rate, blood pressure, and cardiac output. A total of 50 young adults aged 18-25 years participated in the study, which was conducted over a period of 12 weeks. The participants were divided into three groups based on exercise intensity levels low intensity, moderate intensity, and high intensity.
