However, along with the benefits of AI come ethical considerations and moral implications that need to be carefully examined. This research project delves into the ethical dimensions of AI technology, aiming to explore its impact on society and shed light on the moral challenges it poses. Chapter One of the study provides an introduction to the topic, discussing the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and definition of key terms. This chapter sets the stage for a comprehensive investigation into the ethical implications of AI technology. Chapter Two focuses on an in-depth literature review, analyzing existing research, theories, and perspectives on the ethics of AI. Ten key themes emerge from the literature, including privacy concerns, algorithmic bias, autonomous decision-making, accountability, transparency, job displacement, social implications, ethical frameworks, regulatory challenges, and the impact on human values and rights. Chapter Three outlines the research methodology employed in this study, detailing the research design, data collection methods, sample selection, data analysis techniques, and ethical considerations. The chapter includes eight key components, such as the research philosophy, approach, strategy, data sources, data analysis methods, validity, reliability, and ethical considerations. Chapter Four presents the findings of the research, offering an elaborate discussion on the ethical implications of AI technology in society.
