The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has raised profound ethical questions regarding its development and implementation in various aspects of society. This research delves into the moral considerations surrounding AI systems, aiming to explore the ethical implications and challenges that arise from their deployment. The study focuses on understanding the ethical framework that should guide the creation and utilization of AI systems, particularly in addressing issues related to accountability, transparency, bias, privacy, and societal impact. Chapter One provides an in-depth introduction to the research topic, laying out the background of the study, defining the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and key definitions of terms. The chapter sets the foundation for the subsequent discussions on the ethics of AI systems. Chapter Two conducts a comprehensive literature review, examining existing research, theories, and ethical frameworks related to AI ethics. The review covers ten key areas, including ethical theories in AI development, the impact of AI on society, the role of stakeholders in AI governance, and emerging ethical challenges in AI technology. Chapter Three outlines the research methodology used in this study, detailing the research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, and data analysis procedures.
