Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an integral part of modern society, revolutionizing various industries and transforming the way we interact with technology. However, the rapid advancement of AI technology has raised ethical concerns regarding its impact on society, particularly in terms of privacy, bias, accountability, and the potential consequences of AI decision-making. This research project delves into the ethical dimensions of AI development, aiming to explore the moral implications associated with the increasing integration of AI systems into our daily lives. Chapter One provides an introduction to the topic, presenting the background of the study and highlighting the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and definitions of key terms related to AI ethics. The chapter sets the foundation for the subsequent discussions on the ethical considerations surrounding AI. Chapter Two consists of a comprehensive literature review that examines existing research on AI ethics, focusing on ten key areas such as privacy concerns, algorithmic bias, transparency in AI decision-making, accountability, and the ethical implications of autonomous systems. By analyzing and synthesizing relevant academic works, this chapter aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the current discourse on the ethical challenges posed by AI technology. Chapter Three details the research methodology employed in this study, outlining the research design, data collection methods, ethical considerations, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, and the theoretical frameworks guiding the research process.
