Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has rapidly advanced in recent years, transforming various aspects of society and industry. However, with these advancements come ethical considerations that must be carefully examined. This research project delves into the moral implications of AI technology, aiming to understand the ethical dilemmas and challenges that arise with the increasing integration of AI systems in our daily lives. Chapter 1 provides an introduction to the research topic, discussing the background of the study, the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and definition of key terms. The chapter sets the foundation for the subsequent chapters by outlining the importance and focus of the research. Chapter 2 presents a comprehensive literature review, analyzing existing research and discussions on the ethics of AI technology. The review covers ten key areas, including ethical frameworks for AI, societal impacts, bias and discrimination, privacy concerns, accountability, transparency, and the future of AI ethics. By synthesizing current literature, this chapter provides valuable insights into the ethical landscape of AI technology. Chapter 3 details the research methodology employed in this study. It outlines the research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, and ethical considerations. The chapter also discusses the theoretical framework guiding the research, ensuring a systematic and rigorous approach to investigating the moral implications of AI technology. Chapter 4 presents the detailed findings of the research, drawing upon empirical data and analysis to explore the ethical challenges posed by AI technology.
