This research project presents a comprehensive comparative study of various EOR techniques to determine their effectiveness in mature oil fields. The study focuses on understanding the background of EOR methods, identifying the problem statements associated with mature oil fields, setting clear objectives, outlining the limitations and scope of the study, highlighting the significance of the research, structuring the research methodology, and defining key terms. Chapter Two conducts a thorough literature review of ten key aspects related to EOR techniques for mature oil fields. This review provides an in-depth analysis of previous studies, current trends, challenges, and advancements in the field of EOR, serving as a foundation for the comparative study. Chapter Three presents the research methodology, detailing the approach, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, and validation strategies.
