Telemedicine, the remote provision of healthcare services through technology, has gained significant attention in recent years as a potential solution to improve access to care and efficiency in patient management. This research study explores the effectiveness of telemedicine in pediatric care through a case study approach. The primary objective is to evaluate the impact of telemedicine on pediatric patient outcomes, healthcare delivery, and overall satisfaction among stakeholders. The study begins with an introduction to the concept of telemedicine in pediatric care, providing a background of the evolution of telemedicine and its relevance in addressing healthcare challenges. The problem statement highlights the gaps in traditional pediatric care delivery and the potential benefits of incorporating telemedicine into the healthcare system. The objectives of the study are outlined to guide the research process, focusing on assessing the effectiveness of telemedicine in improving access to care, enhancing clinical outcomes, and optimizing resource utilization.
