Telemedicine has emerged as a promising solution to improve access to healthcare services, particularly in pediatric care. This research project investigates the implementation of telemedicine in pediatric care with a focus on evaluating its efficacy and its impact on patient satisfaction. The study aims to address the increasing demand for pediatric healthcare services, especially in remote or underserved areas, by leveraging telemedicine technology. The research begins with an exploration of the background of telemedicine and its relevance in pediatric care. The problem statement highlights the challenges faced in delivering pediatric healthcare services efficiently and the potential benefits of telemedicine in overcoming these challenges. The objectives of the study include assessing the effectiveness of telemedicine in pediatric care, identifying any limitations or obstacles to its implementation, and determining the scope and significance of integrating telemedicine into pediatric healthcare practices. A comprehensive literature review is conducted to analyze existing studies, reports, and articles related to telemedicine in pediatric care.
