Telemedicine has emerged as a promising solution to improve healthcare delivery in various fields, including pediatrics. This research study aims to investigate the impact of telemedicine on pediatric healthcare outcomes. The primary objective is to evaluate how the implementation of telemedicine technologies affects the quality of care, patient outcomes, and overall healthcare efficiency in pediatric settings. The research will begin with a comprehensive literature review to explore the current state of telemedicine in pediatrics, including its benefits and challenges. This review will provide a foundation for understanding the key factors influencing the use of telemedicine in pediatric healthcare. The methodology of this study will involve a mixed-method approach, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. Surveys and interviews will be conducted with healthcare providers, parents, and pediatric patients to gather insights into their experiences and perceptions of telemedicine in pediatric care. Additionally, quantitative data analysis will be performed to assess the impact of telemedicine on key healthcare metrics such as patient outcomes, cost-effectiveness, and access to care. The findings of this research will be discussed in detail in Chapter Four, where the results of the data analysis will be presented and interpreted. The discussion will focus on identifying the key benefits and challenges associated with the implementation of telemedicine in pediatric healthcare, as well as the implications for healthcare providers, patients, and policymakers. In conclusion, this research aims to contribute valuable insights into the impact of telemedicine on pediatric healthcare outcomes.
