Telemedicine has emerged as a promising solution to bridge the gap in healthcare access, particularly in underserved areas. This research project explores the application of telemedicine to enhance pediatric care in regions with limited resources and healthcare infrastructure. The study investigates the effectiveness and feasibility of utilizing telemedicine technologies to deliver quality healthcare services to children in underserved areas, thereby improving health outcomes and reducing health disparities. The research begins with an introduction to the growing importance of telemedicine in healthcare delivery, highlighting its potential to revolutionize pediatric care in underserved regions. The background of the study provides context on the challenges faced by children in accessing healthcare services in underserved areas, emphasizing the critical need for innovative solutions such as telemedicine. The problem statement identifies the gaps in pediatric care in underserved regions and underscores the urgency of implementing telemedicine interventions to address these challenges. The objectives of the study are to evaluate the impact of telemedicine on pediatric healthcare delivery, assess the barriers and facilitators of telemedicine adoption in underserved areas, and explore the perceptions of healthcare providers and caregivers towards telemedicine in pediatric care.
