This comparative study aims to assess the impact of telemedicine on pediatric care by examining its effectiveness in improving access to care, patient outcomes, and overall healthcare delivery compared to traditional in-person care. The research will be conducted using a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of patient data and qualitative interviews with healthcare providers and caregivers. The study will involve two pediatric healthcare facilities, one utilizing telemedicine and the other providing traditional in-person care, to compare the efficiency, effectiveness, and patient satisfaction levels between the two modalities.
