**Abstract
** The use of virtual reality (VR) therapy in healthcare, particularly in pain management, has gained significant attention in recent years. This study aims to investigate the impact of VR therapy on pain management in pediatric patients through a randomized controlled trial. The research will focus on evaluating the effectiveness of VR therapy as an adjunct to conventional pain management strategies in pediatric healthcare settings. The study will be conducted using a randomized controlled trial design involving pediatric patients aged 6 to 16 years who are experiencing acute or chronic pain. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the experimental group, which will receive VR therapy in addition to standard pain management interventions, or the control group, which will receive only standard pain management interventions. The literature review in this research will explore the existing evidence on the efficacy of VR therapy in pain management, especially in pediatric populations. It will provide a comprehensive overview of the theoretical framework and empirical studies supporting the use of VR therapy for pain relief in pediatric patients.
