The rapid evolution of technology has transformed the way organizations operate, especially in the context of remote work environments. This research project focuses on the implementation of virtual meetings and collaboration tools to enhance productivity in office settings where remote work is increasingly prevalent. The objective of this study is to explore the impact of utilizing advanced technology tools for virtual communication and collaboration on remote work productivity within office environments. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, including the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure, and definitions of key terms. Chapter Two consists of a comprehensive literature review encompassing ten key themes related to virtual meetings, collaboration tools, remote work productivity, technology adoption, communication effectiveness, and organizational benefits.
